Model Lara Bingle's former Darling Point apartment is up for sale once more.

Bingle bought the one bedder in the Goomerah Court block from interior designer Blainey North for $882,000 in 2010, shortly after her break-up with Test cricketer Michael Clarke.

North had paid $700,000 for the unit.

Bingle, now married to actor Sam Worthington and living in the US, no doubt paid a premium for North's design stamp, selling the apartment for a reported $860,000 after four years of ownership.

Now it's back up for sale through Raine & Horne Double Bay agents Alex Lyons and Jean-Michel Rudsdale.

The 65 sqm, second floor apartment in the tightly held Art Deco block of 14 features a Calacatta marble kitchen and bathroom, has views of the harbour.

Meanwhile Bingle's former ex Michael Clarke has sold the Bondi Beach apartment the couple lived in briefly before they split.

It's believed to be the site of the the alleged "ring flush", where Bingle flushed her $200,000 engagement ring down the toilet.
