Landscape garden designer Peter Fudge and wife Brigitte have secured a quick sale for their Coogee home.

Of course set in a Fudge garden, the Californian bungalow sits under ornate roof tiles.

It sold for well over the $3 million price guide, but less than $3.5 million, through Ray White agent James Keenan who sold the home in less than a week.

The elevated garden features Fudge's classic organic-shaped pavers and creepers throughout the pebbled front garden.

The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sheltered timber decking.

They spent $1.85 million in 2010 when buying on Mount Street from former Rabbitoh Greg Keenan.

It sold for $750,000 in 2000.
