Lady Mary Fairfax's historic Harrington Park Homestead near Camden listed
Historic Harrington Park homestead near Camden has been listed for sale.
The restored heritage-listed Georgian homestead, built in the 1810s as just a single-room dwelling, was the country retreat of the late Sir Warwick and Lady Mary Fairfax.
It once sat on an 800 hectare estate bought in 1944 for £32,000.
It now sits on an eight hectare hilltop estate surrounded by thousands of new homes, which have sold for between $592,500 and $1.65 million over the past year.
The former Poll Hereford stud was slated for redevelopment back in 1980.
