Lachlan Marshall and Jared Johnson have been welcomed as directors in a new joint venture with the Gold Coast’s leading residential business Harcourts Coastal. 

Managing director Dane Atherton noted the pair had created a "formidable business" during their time in the industry.

"Jared and Lachlan are aligned with our vision to create a leading commercial offering that harnesses the strength of our existing operation and brings a new level of energy and marketing to the Commercial space," Atherton said.

The multi award-winning team depart the Ray White Surfers Paradise business after five years with the group following a string of recognitions.

This includes being awarded as the number one marketing agents internationally for the entire Ray White Commercial network in 2019.

The move will see them as equity partners in Harcourts Coastal Commercial.

"Since day one I have had strong ambitions to a be a business owner. The opportunity to start and grow a commercial business alongside Harcourts Coastal who sell $800 million dollars’ worth of residential property every year is incredibly exciting," Jared Johnson said. 

"Harcourts Coastal Commercial will look to change the face of commercial property on the Gold Coast and I look forward to growing people within our team and helping them become top of their game!" Lachlan Marshall said.
