The award-winning Gold Coast apartment of Bill McHarg, founder of property giant Colliers, is under contract.

The La Vie penthouse at Palm Beach spans 380 square metres with balconies.

The three bedroom, four bathroom apartment, designed by architect Bayden Goddard, was initially listed at $3.75 million.

The $3 million apartment on The Esplanade was sold by Ray White Mermaid Beach agent Scott Wagner in conjunction with Peter Stone at Real Estate of Distinction.
