The Sunbury Lodge Equestrian Centre and residence in Kyneton, Victoria has been offered to the market with a price guide of $2 million to $2.2 million.

Set on 8.1 hectares, the holding is one of a few centres holding a commercial permit to operate and have a function for up to 100 people on site.

Located 5 kilometres from Kyneton township and only one hour from Melbourne CBD via the Calder Freeway, the indoor complex houses 18 stables.

In the four and a half years the property has been listed it has only seen two reductions on the asking price.

It originally sought $2.5 million in February 2015.

It last sold in 2011 when the property transacted for $1,400,000.
