Kurraba Point, Wallaringa Mansions ranks as the week's top sale through McGrath

One of only five apartment residences in the harbourside Kurraba Point, Wallaringa Mansions ranked as the week's top sale after a sale on Australia Day eve.

McGrath agent Claudia Portale secured $3,325,000 for the semi style apartment with leafy harbour views. 

It last sold in 2014 at $2.36 million, so reflecting 10% annual growth.

It sold at $2.2 million in 2007.
