The five bedroom Kooyong trophy home Engholm House, built in 1911, goes under the hammer September 2 at private Abercrombey's auction.

The landscaped home, 404 Glenferrie Road, Kooyong, sits on a 1858 m² block and comes complete with north-south tennis court, swimming pool and pool house with kitchenette.

It was designed by architect Harold Desbrowe-Annear and update in the 1930s by Marcus Martin. 

The kitchen and dining rooms are equipped with Statuo marble benchtops, with Miele appliances and butler’s pantry.
