Kent 'Smallzy' Small buys Alexandria townhouse for $2.1 million
Nova FM radio star Kent 'Smallzy' Small has spent $2.1 million on a townhouse in Alexandria.
News of the acquisition was speculated after the radio personality put his exisiting abode up for rent.
BresicWhitney Glebe agent Chris Nunn sold the home after it spent nearly two months on the market.
He's upgraded from his Waterloo apartment which he had called home since 2015.
Smallzy paid $1.08 million for the Danks Street apartment and quickly found a tenant upon his Alexandria purchase at around $970 a week.
The 135 square metre, two bedroom, two bathroom unit in the 2014 built Casba complex features a full length entertaining terrace off the open plan living area and designer kitchen.

Smallzy started his career at 19 on Star 104.5 on the Central Coast before moving to Nova 106.9 in Brisbane.
