A contemporary Kellyville home set in the premiere Duncraig Estate has been sold at a record price.

The three-storey property in Sydney’s Hills District has sold for $3,325,000.

The 1091 square metre parcel of land at 28 Strathfillan Way last traded in 2014 for $620,000.

The house comes with six double-sized bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a six-car garage, a six-person lift as well as an infinity pool.

The house was built by the owner, Tony Younan.

Merc Real Estate selling agent Mechlenne Douaihy said the house was at the top end for buyers.

Some three buyers ensured the competitive final price.

More than 3000 cubes of sandstone was excavated with the whole house built on sandstone on the bush block.

The initial asking price was between $3.35 million and $3.65 million.

Spanning three levels with an eight person lift, the vast Strathfillan Way home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a theatre room.

A salt water finite edge pool cascades down to the second courtyard.

The third level, full width balcony has branch-like constructs.
