Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has recruited elite sales executives former franchise owners of Explore Property in Ashgrove, Kelly Qualtrough and Sean Wallis.

The duo are the latest top agents to join the company, following in the footsteps of Port Douglas’ Barbara Wolveridge and North Gold Coast’s Lisa Halpin.

“We are thrilled to have Kelly and Sean as part of our rapidly growing team, both of whom are committed to excellence and have values aligning superbly with the Queensland Sotheby’s International brand,” CEO Paul Arthur said.

“They are known through-out Brisbane’s North west. They are a welcome addition to our Paddington (Brisbane) team.”

In 2017, Qualtrough and Wallis were responsible for the transactions of more than 100 properties while also successfully operating a strong property management business.

“It was a difficult decision for us to close the doors on our own agency – we are dedicated to our clients and knew we had to align ourselves with people we respect and a brand that can help us make a difference” Qualtrough said.

The pair’s extensive rent roll is merging with that of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty’s property management division, which is headed up by director Blake Farquhar.
