Successful property experts Tim Keenan and Fraser Byrne are joining forces to create Keenan & Byrne Property Sales and Advisory.

The pair represents an amalgamation of two individuals with the same speciality who share the same goal - to create a trusted and tailored agency with a keen focus on Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Northern NSW/Byron Bay.

Director Tim Keenan says Keenan & Byrne is a consultative like no other with its unmatched knowledge of market trends and activity.

“It is expected this lead up will be Southeast Queensland’s most significant period in time. We believe the property market will experience a boom, once interest rates begin to stabilise next year,” said Keenan.
