Harvey Norman chief executive Katie Page wants to retain the $10 million plus penthouse in her luxurious Gold Coast residential tower, M3565, which she has just finished developing.

The retail CEO and property developer, who is married to billionaire retailer Gerry Harvey, completed the boutique Main Beach development of seven opulent apartments two weeks ago.

The two-level penthouse features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a rooftop pool, study, and internal elevator.

It was designed by Sydney-based Virginia Kerridge, one of Australia’s leading architects.

The cheapest apartment in the block, billed as a ground floor beach house, is priced at $5.195m.

Robert Graham of Ray White has conducted 37 inspections, he told The Weekend Australian.

There are six whole-floor apartments with four bedrooms and four bathrooms for sale with prices on the upper floors starting from $6.2m rising to $7.85m for the apartment on level six.

Graham said M3565 had knocked Jade previously the Gold Coast’s premier apartment block from its mantle.
