The Melbourne house made famous by those Foxy Morons Kath and Kim has been sold.

The double-storey brick home in Patterson Lakes was the abode of Kath Day-Knight and her butcher beau Kel Knight.

It was set in Fountain Lakes in the hit TV show.

It boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas.

The property at 4 Lagoon Place was listed with Ray White Patterson Lakes who made the most of the celebrity link.

The home has its own private waterfront access and jetty, which was hidden during the ABC series.
