Kate Carnell lists Fairlight investment property

Kate Carnell, Australia's first small business and family enterprise ombudsman, and husband Ray Kiley have listed their Fairlight investment property.

The recently renovated, two storey home has views through the Heads.

The couple paid $2 million for the home in 2013 then leased it for $1,900 a week. 

Latham Cusack Property Services agent Louise Beerden has the listing.

Kate served as the third Chief Minister of the Australian Capital Territory from 1995 to 2000. 

Ray is the chief operating officer at the construction company, CCS Group.
