A Kangaroo Point, Brisbane penthouse is "under offer".

It was offered by the producer of a popular children’s television cartoon, Alan Jenner, who's moving his production company, Pen2Stage Productions, offshore to further pursue the Asian market.

Pen2Stage has been responsible for productions including Spongebob Squarepants.

The views take in Story Bridge, the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, along the city skyline to Southbank.

The two-level penthouse, at 35/89 Lambert Street, Kangaroo Point, is spread over 311 square metres with three bedrooms.

It was offered through Ray White New Farm agents Brandon Wortley and Peter McDonald.

It last traded at $1.7 million in 2011.
