Grammy award-winning singer K.D. Lang has listed her Los Angeles ranch-style house for US$1,975,000.

The Craftsman-style house, which Lang bought in 1999 for an undisclosed sum, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, stone fireplaces, exposed wooden beams and an earthy, rustic feel. Outside features include a pool, spa and landscaped gardens.

The house was once owned by Old Hollywood hunk Rock Hudson, according to the RealEstalker blog.

Denny Kagasoff of Prudential California Realty is marketing the property, which he describes in the marketing as a "perfect sanctuary for a celebrity client" and a "private zen retreat", which is apt considering Lang is a Buddhist.
