After a major windfall on his transformed Paddington terrace, Juicy Design director Tom Williams and wife Belinda have bought in Bronte.

The couple have paid $5.45 million on the Hewlett Street dress circle overlooking the beach.

The three level, freestanding beach house was advertised as having "huge potential" by Phillips Pantzer Donnelly agent Anthony Puntigam.

The couple sold their Paddington terrace (above) for $7.1 million to CBRE sales director Ben Stewart.

Having paid $2.8 million in 2013 and engaged Steve Koolloos of MCK Architects to design the five bedroom Paddington Street home.

Ben Collier at The Agency sold the home, which only kept the facade and one side wall from its days as an ordinary Victorian terrace, after having an ambitious guide of $6.5 million.
