The Warrawee home of miner Jerry Ren, who was once dubbed the Northern Territory’s only billionaire, is whispered to have been sold.

Bremon, which cost $11.5 million in 2010, is an imposing house on a 6400 square metre Chilton Parade holding.

There are suggestions the Chinese-born Australian Wilson Hui Xiong Xue, the self-described shoe king of China who dabbles in mining, may have an interest in its acquisition.

Xue owns the former Balmoral Slopes home of Richard and Jane Freudenstein that cost $23,733,800.

Ren has been bankrupted and is separated from his wife Xia Kong.
