Two months after the Sydney glamour couple Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall listed their luxury North Curl Curl home, there is now official price guidance.

Her agent, Steve Thomas at Belle Property is seeking $4 million plus.

It was listed in April without any price indication.

Property Observer previously advised Steve Thomas had a hand in two prior sales in the Windy Drop Down gated community where sales have ranged from $2.7 million to $6.7 million over the past four years.

The couple have lived in the Molong Street home for the past three years since the built on a former tennis court block that cost $1.375 million in 2010.

Their next nearby Koichi Takada-designed home is nearing completion.

After the April listing, Sportsbet ran a market on its likely selling price:

  • $13.00 Under $1 Million
  • $7.00   $1,000,000 - $2,000,000
  • $1.80   $2,000,001 - $3,000,000
  • $2.20   $3,000,001 - $4,000,000
  • $5.50   Over $4 Million

Title Tattle didn't place any bets, but as soon as the price guidance was uploaded on Property Observer, Sportbet revised its odds.

The recently announced valuation turned the betting inside out on the luxury house sale price market” said sportsbet.com.au’s Will Byrne.

$34      Under $1 Million                     (out from $13.00)

$21      $1,000,000 - $2,000,000         (out from $7.00)

$6.00   $2,000,001 - $3,000,000         (out from $1.80)

$2.20   $3,000,001 - $4,000,000         (steady)

$1.65   Over $4 Million                      (in from $5.50)

The BRW rich lister who ranks number 22 on the Top 50 Entertainers list had her estate agents post a 1.40 minute YouTube drone video on the home where Jen and Jake have watched whales cruising across the horizon.
