Former NRL star Jarryd Hayne has listed his Darlinghurst investment property with a $2.35 million asking price.

The property is the priciest investment in a once imposing portfolio that totalled $4.8 million on 2013 peak exposure.

The two-time Dally M Medal winner paid $1,585,000 for the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property six years ago.

It has always been a rental property. Our Estates agents Adam Regan and Ellen Trojkovic are marketing the 1890s three-level terrace as “a chic inner city haven”.

Hayne’s former Paddington home nearby sold for $2.85 million in 2017, almost double the $1.13 million he paid in 2013 before renovating.

Hayne is currently on bail for aggravated sexual assault charges relating to an alleged incident in the Hunter Valley on grand final night last year.

In May it was reported that he was negotiating a settlement payout in a US civil rape case related to his NFL stint.
