A City Beach home designed by the late Bulgarian-born architect Iwan Iwanoff, Tomich House in City Beach, Western Australia, has been listed for sale.

Set atop of one of City Beach’s highest points, the house features ocean views across Perth’s coastline.

The residence features a striking use of concrete blocks.

It boasts six bathrooms, five bedrooms, three living areas, plus a swimming pool and tennis court in its grounds.

The home was extended by the second owner who commissioned Iwanoff to expand the original footprint in the late 1970's, with further renovations done in the mid 1980's.

The land size is 1184 sqm.

Prior to the current vendors, the Davenport family buying Tomich House three decades ago, it was previously owned by Alister Norwood, of Jeans West fame.
