This 15th-century villa near Montepulciano, Italy comprises 4,330 square metres of space spread across three floors. It includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, three living rooms and a chapel. 

On 2.4 hectares of land, the grounds include immaculate gardens and a swimming pool, and the villa comes with a further 30 hectares of vineyard and olive-producing land.

It is being marketed by Keller Williams agent Richard Tayar with price hopes of  €38 million ($52 million).
