Interior designer Tom Harding's former Cremorne apartment sold

The Cremorne home of the late interior designer Tom Harding sold at weekend auction.

The two-bedroom apartment on Murdoch Street sold for $1.97 million under the hammer.

It was well above the price guide of $1.75 million.

There was a reserve of $1.8 million. The buyers were downsizers from the upper north shore's Wahroonga.
