The Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast home of Haley Hughes, founder of The Institute of Makeup, and her husband, Kristian remains listed for sale after failing to sell at auction last October.

There are $1,795,000 hopes for their Pilot Court home, which comes with 45 metres of water frontage to Lake Wonderland, a pool and its own private jetty.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom property spans two levels and features three living areas, a study, a timber and granite kitchen and a double garage.

Kollosche Prestige Agents has the listing.

It sold at $1.5 million in 2015.
