Claiming to know what the local area wants, Melbourne couple Sasha and Julia's apartment has been listed a month out from its auction.

Before the show started the couple had renovated very close by and claimed to know what the buyers want.

The opted to evoke the glamorous golden era of Hollywood Regency for 5/164 Ingles Street.

The luxury apartment has photogenic interiors, with a large artwork overlooking the living and dining space.

All three bedrooms come with dressing rooms, and the master retreat features a freestanding elliptical bath and double shower.

The kitchen is yet to be revealed on the show therefore doesn't feature in the listing.

North of $1.7 million is to the price guidance put forward by Jeremy Rosens and Daniel Micmacher at Gary Peers & Associates.

Property stylist Julia said the couple love renovating.

"We love renovating and we love The Block," Julia said.

"It's not so much about making the most money it's about creating something really really beautiful."
