The Blairgowrie home built by Jane Parker, one of the creators of clothing and homewares brand Country Road, has been listed on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula.

The 5700 sqm holding, Pirates Bay, at 44 Knox Road, overlooks national parkland, the bay and the township. It was last sold in 1997 by Parker.

There is a five-bedroom-plus-study house. There's six outdoor entertainment decks – one with a heated pool.

The grouds have a tennis court amid established gardens.

Kay & Burton’s Liz Jenson and Gerald Delany have $4 million plus hopes.

Parker had helped establish Country Road with her brother Stephen Bennett in 1974.
