Gold Coast high-profile equestrian couple Ken Dowsett and Linda Spratley are selling Santosha, their luxury Sovereign Islands home for $7.2 million.

They only bought the Knightsbridge Parade West home for $5.1 million two years ago after it was designed by Noosa architect Paul Clout.

It used to belong to Bond University assistant law professor Francina Cantatore and her husband Angelo.

Sanskrit for contentment, Santosha comes with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a theatre room, executive library and an eight car basement garage.

A resort style alfresco terrace with wet bar overlooks like swimming pool and pontoon.

Professionals Vertullo Real Estate agent Chris Moyer is tasked with selling the home again.

Dowsett and Spratley own horses championship horses that compete in dressage events.
