Art curator and writer Hetti Perkins who listed her Darlington home with $2.2 million hopes, has secured $2,275,000.

Hetti paid $1.055 million in 2012 for the terrace, then she spent years renovating the property which is in the new pocket of green, quaint bohemia.

The free-standing terrace has six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a studio above the garage.

Hetti Perkins was the curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art at the Art Gallery of New South Wales for 13 years before resigning in 2011.
