A Tim Stewart-designed house at Hendra has been sold for $3.15 million, which was the most expensive house sold in Brisbane over the weekend.

Located at 61 Goodwood Street, the north/east facing rear property sits on a 1,012 sqm site with in-ground pool and gardens.

Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a lounge, dining areas, media room and kitchen with two dishwashers and ovens as well as butlers pantry.

The master suite has a custom built walk-in robe as well as an ensuite while a separate study/office can be made downstairs.

Other features include a 10,000 litre water tank, pool pavilion consisting of a wet area, fridge and flat screen TV.

Grocers, cafes, restaurants and transports are all nearby.

It last sold in 2013 for $1.325 million.

The property was offered through Ray White agents Dwight Ferguson and Alexander Shean.
