A harbour-view Balgowlah Heights house has sold for $4.1 million pre-auction making it Sydney’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 3 Tabalum Road, the 568 sqm property has views over Middle Harbour to Balmoral Bridge as well as city skyline.

It last sold in 2008 for $2.1 million.

It features open plan living spaces that dominate the top floor with the living space featuring Jetmaster gas fireplace.

A separate dining area opens up to the terrace with a dedicated study alcove while the bi-fold doors leads to a harbourside entertainer’s terrace.

The main bedroom features its own walk-in robe and marble ensuite.

Other features includes double lock-up garage, solar-heated pool plus gas heated spa.
