A Greenwich four bedroom home designed by architect Michael Suttor with manicured gardens by Paul Bangay has been listed for sale with a price guide of $5.5 million.

Hugh Macfarlan, of Raine & Horne HM Group, has scheduled an October 20 auction.

Set on a 615 square metre allotment, the harbourside house at 52 King William Street comes with four bedrooms, formal lounge with fireplace, and open plan living and dining areas served by marble kitchen.

It also features study, self contained teenage retreat, wine cellar, plant room and rainwater tanks.

The home is just a stroll to the local shops, Greenwich primary school, parks, Harbour foreshore walks and CBD ferry transport, moments to RNS Hospital, and surrounded by Sydney's best private schools.

The suburb's median house price sits at $2.56 million according to CoreLogic.
