The Inverary Road farm, near Bowral, currently operates half of the main residence as a guest house, which rents at $190 a night.

The self-contained guest house comprises three bedrooms and a two storey library room.

The other side of the homestead has a further three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a games and art room.
