Gold Coast restaurateur Lincoln Testa lists Isle of Capri home
Gold Coast restaurateur Lincoln Testa and his wife, restaurateur and former Disney and Seven Network presenter, Jeniene Testa, are selling their family home on the riverfront on the Isle of State Library of Victoria on the Gold Coast.
It is a contemporary five bedder with heated pool and alfresco entertaining deck. The property cost the couple $795,000 in 2003.
The master bedroom has a private riverfront balcony.
The 800 sqm parcel was previously part of a triple block owned by the late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence.
Hutchence's family once recalled his excitement when he bought it in 1995. Not only had $1 million bought the house, but the sellers had included their Bentley in the deal.
Lucy Cole agent Nick Cole has $2.1 million plus price expectations.
The couple own Madisons Café and hope to make Designer Creations by Madisons, the largest wedding cake company in Queensland.
