Glenora Farm in NSW's Southern Highlands has sold for $5 million.

Described in the listing as "one of the largest quality rural property holdings presently available" it comprises 280 acres and came with a price guide of $5.95 million.

Frank Barker and Damien Ogilvy of Raine & Horne marketed the listing.

The land is approximately 90-95% cleared with timber sections providing shade for cattle & over 15 paddocks with a central herding lane way system and driveways.

It is currently running 170 head & can produce up to 3,500 bales of silage per annum in good seasons, according to the listing.

Currently serving as the dry run & feed/hay/silage producer for the Dairy at Hazel Cottage Farm (240 Acres), which is just 1 km away, Glenora Farm features productive basalt & loam soils.

The homestead, a brick construction with high ceilings was wholly updated in the early 1980's, with the kitchen updated again in 2008.
