A 60ha mixed farm situated between South Australia’s wine regions has been listed for sale.

CBRE have been appointed to sell Glendora, a 60ha rural property.

It comprises 53ha cropping and grazing land, plus a 7.5ha vineyard planted to wine grapes in 1999 including varieties, shiraz and cabernet sauvignon.

The 386 Weichert Road, Bethel property includes an original stone 1905 homestead overlooking the Tarlee Valley.

It will attract buyers seeking mixed farming, viticulture enthusiasts and potential investors.

It is located just 15km from the Barossa Valley wine region.

The viticulture component of the property is a low-cost operation with support in place if the incoming purchaser wishes to capitalise further on its position within Australia’s leading wine region.

Offers for the property close September 13.
