Origin Energy boss Grant King and wife Jennifer have listed their Neutral Bay estate Glencairn, with a price guidance of $18.2 million to $20 million.

Featuring a climate controlled wine cellar, billiard room, home cinema, home office, gym and guest accommodation, the home has been with the couple since they paid $4.2 million in 2007.

They added the adjoining block for $1.65 million.

There's also parking for seven cars.

The median price for a home in Neutral Bay is $2,250,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
