Glebe luxury home with views of city skyline sold

A freestanding luxury property in Glebe was recently sold. 

The Avona Avenue home sold through Stone estate agents Giorgio Koula and Daniele Onofaro for $3,250,000. 

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has unobstructed views of the city skyline and Anzac Bridge across the Blackwattle Bay.

The 297 sqm, three-storey features generous living spaces with an upper-level master ensuite and private balcony, a large alfresco terrace, spacious lower-level studio with vast underuse storage, and a greenery retreat in the back garden. 

The property was last sold in 2017 for $3.2 million, according to Realestate.com.au

A similar four-bedroom, three-bathroom property on Wigram Road in the area recently sold for $2,650,000 last month. 

There have been 42 four-bedroom houses sold in Glebe, 11 for sale, and six upcoming auctions.
