Ray White Rural Victoria director Jason Hellyer has sold Paringa, a 569 hectare agribusiness operation in Gippsland for $3,250,000.

Paringa comprises a fertile mix of river flat, Fernbank and Perry sandy loams.

It has been home to a successful Angus breeding, fattening and year-round irrigated fodder crop program.

Located within Gippsland's Wellington Shire, the plot contains 260 acres under pivot irrigation, a further 150 acres under lateral spray irrigation with a 280ML Southern Rural Water irrigation licence.

Featuring cattle yards, shedding and a four bedroom two bathroom BV manager's residence, it is located in Central Gippsland close to Gippsland Lakes, and the seaside towns of Paynesville & Metung.
