Australia's richest woman Gina Rinehart has listed two redundant residential investment properties overlooking the Swan River in Perth.

The two Crawley apartments, on Wingfield Avenue, have been in family ownership for over two decades.

One had been the Perth base for her daughter Ginia, who now resides in a $14.8 million Bondi Beach apartment.

The other offering is the two level penthouse (above and below).

Brent Morfesse at Mack Hall Real Estate is marketing the apartments which come with views over Matilda Bay.

Rinehart will still own two of the seven apartments on the dress circle location.
