Georgia Moxham and Paul Stenmark buy Palm Beach home
Photographer Georgia Moxham and her wine distributor husband, Paul Stenmark have bought in Palm Beach.
The $2.65 million two-storey cottage, built of convict sandstone blocks, had been listed through Ray White agent Noel Nicholson with $2.7 million hopes.
Construction of the three bedroom cottage only dates back to 1952 when it was built by master stonemasons for the Long family, who where engineers from Roseville.
The 200 square metre home sits on its 628 square metre Bynya Road block with ocean glimpses towards the Central Coast.
The Stenmark couple have been occupiers of one of the Woollahra properties that billionaire James Packer recently offloaded.
The curved residence on dress circle Rosemont Avenue had been bought by his late father Kerry in the mid 1960s.
Ray White agent Elliott Placks secured the $8,375,000 sale to the Henley Homes tycoon Rob Bowen and Skye Holden.
After being Veuve Clicquot’s national brand manager, Stenmark has run Winestock which markets independent wineries to the trade and consumer.
The couple married in 1995 with Ros and Kerry Packer and Gretel and James all in attendance. Georgia was Kerry’s goddaughter.
