It's a change in abodes, not job, that is on Brian Cook's agenda.

Last month Geelong AFL football club chief executive Brian Cook turned down an offer to join rival AFL club North Melbourne.

But his Albert Park home is listed for December 15 auction through John Holdsworth at Greg Hocking Holdworth, in conjunction with Vendormarketing.com.au, the recently established vendor marketing advocacy company.

It's a stylish Brad Hooper-designed terrace home with Jack Merlo-designed landscaped garden.

There are three upstairs bedroom plus a study, which has the give-away signs of the owner's AFL allegiance.

It was bought in 2001 for $750,000 when Cook moved from Highton.
