Ray White Double Bay’s leading residential agent Gavin Rubinstein has added Bradley Plos to the team.

Plos has been described as a "young, energetic prodigy."

Rubinstein, the director of The Rubinstein Group, said at the core of the team's focus is providing the best possible customer service.

Plos is a new convert into the real estate industry, having only started sale at Hudson McHugh in late 2017.

According to realestate.com.au, he had one sale to his name, a unit in Ashfield which sold last year.

 “I’m extremely excited to be joining Gavin and his team and welcome the pressure that this level of the industry demands," Plos said.

"I feel I have a lot to give and I am thankful for the opportunity.”
