A French-style Balwyn house has been sold for $3.812 million making it Melbourne’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 27 Burroughs Road, the property was built in 2012.

The property was last sold in 2013 for $3.27 million on the block of land sold in 2009 for $1.175 million.

Featuring a living/entertaining zones as well as a sixth or guest bedroom that are linked to five upper bedrooms with ensuite and balcony.

The kitchen has Miele appliances and butler’s pantry.

There are also two living areas that open to al fresco terraces.

Other feature includes two double garages.

The property is close to the park, 109 tram and shops.

The property was offered through VicProp agents Jack Zhang and Janssen Xiang.
