A French classical style Wallis Island house has been relisted with $12 million hopes.

Le Marais, the 104 hectare property is guarded by sphinx-like sculptures.

Chateau Le Marias is a two-storey chateau with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms with four opening up onto terraces.

Its downstairs features 18th century French chimneys, a French oak parquet de Versailles-floored study as well as a large kitchen.

The games room, living room, dining room, conservatory and laundry are also located downstairs.

The property is 300 kilometres north of Sydney.

It is a three minutes boat ride from Coomba Park.

The property is marketed as having one of the best climates in the world with its own orchard and botanical collection amid natural surrounds.

Some 100 metres from the property is its own jetty and helicopter pad with a shoreline of 1.5 kilometre beachfront.

The property is offered through Ray White agents Mark Clarke and Lorna Angell.
