The heiress to some of the Packer fortune Francesca Packer Barham has offloaded her Encore, Elizabeth Bay apartment.

The daughter of Gretel Packer and British financier Nick Barham secured $2.6 million which was $500,000 more than she paid in 2016.

It was sold to local, Alfred Street, who once served on the Bundanon Trust.

She now owns a whole-floor Darlinghurst apartment, Horizon which she bought from the Melbourne-based Julie Graham, wife of eye specialist Dr Glen Fernando, for $15.8 million.

It was a surprise to some Packer family associates as they'd expected the selling agents Knight Frank might have steered her instead to uncle James Packer's apartment project at Barangaroo.

She has now sold both her South Yarra, Melbourne investment properties, the first for $7.6 million in 2017 and earlier this year for $1.54 million.

The fashionista, who has cut back her social media postings to her 310,000 followers, is currently holed up in Horizon isolation.
