A four bedroom Strathfield house has sold for $5.5 million making it Sydney’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 73 Newton Road, the 1416 sqm property was sold for the first time in 88 years.

It features 20 metres frontage with the potential to create a tennis court.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as two kitchen and formal/informal living areas.

The property was offered through Joe Campisi of Devine Real Estate.
