Located at 31 Cintra Road, the home on the 810 sqm block had been held by the family for around nine decades.

It was sold for the first time since its construction in 1925.

It is situated on a corner block with two street access and is ready for renovation.

Original features are present throughout the property such as high ceilings and timber floors.

The kitchen has views and there is also a sitting room with direct access to the backyard.

The property has views to Mt Coot-tha and is within walking distance to Gasworks, Emporium and James Street with all their shops, restaurants and public transport.
