Former Collingwood and West Coast Eagle Sharrod Wellingham has listed his West Perth penthouse.

Wellingham, who started his career at the Magpies, paid $650,000 for the two bedroom Manhattan-style penthouse in 2013 when he joined the Eagles.

Now he's asking for offers over $599,000.

Set in the 2002 built Madison West complex, the two bedroom apartment has 85 sqm of internal living space with a 45 sqm main terrace and another 10 sqm balcony off the master suite.

The apartment spans two levels with a mezzanine area upstairs. It's been a $630 a week rental in recent years.

Bourkes South Perth agent James Thompson has the listing.

Wellingham is currently playing footy in the WAFL for East Perth. He is also a fleet manager at Audi Centre Perth.
