Former West Coast Eagle Brent Staker is selling his designer North Coogee, Perth investment.

Staker paid $1,475,000 for the home in 2010, a year after he was traded to the Brisbane Lions.

Set over two levels, the contemporary home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The open plan living and dining area focuses around a central courtyard and an upstairs lounge room opens to a balcony overlooking xxxx.

Acton Coogee agents Jon Brady and Fleur Schrader have set a September 2 auction.

Staker played 110 games for the Eagles from 2003 to 2009 before being traded to the Lions where he played 50 appearances over five years.

Two years ago he retired from the AFL.
